The WFC was hosted in ITE EAST and Woodlands for group stages and Singapore Indoor Stadium for the playoffs. This was the first time Singapore became the host country for the WFC. It was sold out at ITE EAST and over 5000 paying spectators in Singapore Indoor Stadium, with many forced to go home. Floorball had finally made the permanent mark in the sports map in Southeast Asia. Stefan was the organiser of the World Championship and Filip was the coach of the Singapore National team with Banana and Jimmy Skipsna as assistant coaches.
