If you place an order through this Website, upon confirmation that such order is accepted a contract of sale will be executed between you and Valhall Asia, which will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and specifically by the Purchase Terms mentioned below.

2.1 WHEN DO THESE BOOKING / PURCHASE TERMS APPLY? 

These Booking / Purchase Terms apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale or delivery by us. In other words, you agree to these Booking / Purchase Terms, when you (i) book / order anything from the website, (ii) book/order anything at any web page directly connected to the Website or (iii) when you accept an offer from us. It is only possible to deviate from these Booking / Purchase Terms if agreed in writing by us. 

 

2.2 COURTS & PRODUCTS

We have different types of products and courts as may be displayed on the Website from time to time. Please note that in the case of limited slots for court booking timings, extra restrictions such as limiting the number of such court booking timing or products purchased per customer may apply. These extra restrictions will be made known to you via the Website. 

All court timings & products shown on the Website are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure our Website reflects the availability of time slots, court timings and products, they may no longer be available for booking or purchasing. Valhall Asia is not liable for these variations and deviations of products. No rights can be derived from typing errors, court descriptions or manifest errors on the Website. All court bookings & products will remain available to other customers until you have paid all amounts owed to us in full under any agreement, including the payment of other costs, rental sticks or balls. 

 

2.3 ELIGIBILITY

You have to be eighteen (18) years of age or older and not otherwise legally incapacitated to be able to book a court via the Website. You can only book courts/purchase products on the Website. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may book a court/purchase products with Valhall Asia with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 

You guarantee that the information you provide to us in the request or order is accurate and complete. 

 

2.4 ENTIRE AGREEMENT / CONTRACT  

The following applies to all our courts & products. All information on the Website is an invitation to treat only. In other words, the information is not an offer to binding contract. You agree that your order is an offer to order a product or book the court timing listed in your order. 

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We are entitled to verify an order in advance at all times and/or to refuse to accept an order without providing reasons and with no liability to you or any third parties. 

If we do not confirm acceptance of your order within ten working days, it is deemed to have been refused. 

We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows: 

1. If court timing(s) / products are shown on the Website but are not or no longer available; 

2. If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment; 

3. If court timing(s) / products are shown on the Website contain a (manifest) error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described. 

In the event that we do not accept (part of) your order, we shall be entitled to cancel (part of) your order without incurring any liability towards you or a third party. Following the cancellation, we will, of course, provide you with a refund for the amount paid to us under the cancelled order. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order after the creation of the contract of sale, thereby terminating the contract of sale, for the reasons stipulated above. Following the cancellation, we will, of course, provide you with a refund for the amount paid to us under the cancelled order. 

Valhall Asia has and fully reserves the right to refuse to accept any order that it knows or reasonably suspects were made with the assistance or involvement of any software, robot, crawler, spider or other automated means or device. 

 

2.5 ORDER CANCELLATION 

Upon confirming your timing for the court you booked, any cancellation(s) are non-refundable nor can they be “postponed” to another day and date. Upon confirmation of your order for the product, any cancellation(s) are non-refundable.

 

2.6 PRICE 

The prices stated include GST. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD). Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of any products which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider that the order is cancelled.

Valhall Asia reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions listed on the website at any time, at our sole discretion, and without reference to you wherein your consent to the current Terms and Conditions applicable to you accordingly. The use of this Website and any purchase agreement forged between you and Valhall Asia will be subject to the version of the Valhall Asia Terms and Conditions at the date and time you place the order through this website. 

 

3.2 EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL 

Valhall Asia will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply or perform with your obligations under the Valhall Asia Terms and Conditions when the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Valhall Asia’s reasonable control.
